aim to deliver your order within 7 -14 days for UK orders and 7 - 21
days for the rest of the world.
Please
let us know if you have a particular deadline and we will do our best
to accommodate it.
Sometimes
the materials selected are awaiting re-stock and cannot be made right
away. This rarely happens, but if it does we will always let you
know, giving you the option to chose an alternative material.
We
will deliver your order using Royal Mail Special Delivery service (or
equivalent international service), which will require a signature upon
delivery. If you are out when the post man calls, do not worry, a card
will be left for you to collect your order at the local sorting office.
If the goods are returned to us after a card has been left by the Royal
Mail because the customer was not in to receive them and have failed,
subsequently, to collect from their local sorting office then we will
require payment for resending the item.
Shipping
costs will be calculated by weight.
Returns
Any returns must
be made within 14 days of receipt, but if you have any problems with
your order please contact use via email: sharonkince@yahoo.co.uk
or by phone on 0787 218 7295. All
email will be dealt with within a 24 period of receipt
If
any of our off the peg corsets do not meet your satisfaction we would
be happy to exchange them.
We are unable to refund on our bespoke items
that do not fit, due to incorrect measurement.
All
Refunds will be returned to the card that proceesed the order via Paypal,
and using their encrytped servers. Or if preferable to the customer
a credit note will be issued.
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns stockings/underwear
Items should be returned in perfect condition and well packaged and
labels still attached indicating whether you require a full refund or
exchange. Due to the nature of our products hosiery cannot be accepted
for refund if the item has been used or the package opened.
Please note that we are unable to accept liability for any items being
returned to us that are lost or damaged in transit. For returns within
the UK we suggest that the customer obtains a (free) Certificate of
Posting from the Post Office for values up to £28 and by the appropriate
Special Delivery Service for higher values.
